Description

The vines are planted on a steep, north-facing slope at 350 meters above sea level, with soils that are more fertile than Manuel’s other plots. The grapes are pressed by foot and, after just three days, pressed into old barrels for nine months of maturation.

Tasting

A compact and elegant wine, with an intimately Mediterranean and tasty character, with an aroma of dark, sun-kissed fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs.
