After the manual harvest, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 6 days. Once fermentation is complete, the wine matures for 18 months in small oak barrels and then continues with a passage into stainless steel barrels. After a period of refinement in the bottle it is put on the market.
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense, pleasant, complex aroma of spices and dried fruit. Full-bodied, warm, balanced flavour, rightly tannic and long-lasting.
To be paired with roast white and red meats and wild game.
