Description

The Garganega grapes are harvested in two separate harvests, one with higher acidity and the other with great ripeness. The grapes are destemmed and fermented spontaneously at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel until March with continuous batonnage.

Tasting

A nose of almond and white flowers, with citrus and balsamic notes; a balanced palate, between softness and savouriness, roundness and minerality.

Appetizers, grilled white meats, cured meats and cheeses.
