Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with maceration on the skins. Part of the wine ages for 12 months in oak, the remaining part in steel, with a total maturation of 18 months before bottling.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour; nose in perfect balance between floral notes and aromas of morello cherries and currants, with a balsamic note in the finish; elegant, soft and full sip with velvety tannins, mineral and savory in the long and vibrant finish.

First courses with meat sauce, grilled red meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
