The grapes, harvested by hand, are pressed, destemmed and removed from the skins. The must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then it is decanted and left to rest. It is subsequently fermented in an autoclave and then bottled.

Lively wine, bright straw yellow in color with greenish and coppery reflections. Broad, floral nose, with notes of chamomile and wild flowers enriched by a fruity component ranging from small berries to tropical nuances. Creamy, fresh, immediate sip.
