Croatina, Barbera, Ughetta
The grapes, harvested by hand, are destemmed and pressed. The must ferments for approximately 8 days in contact with the skins. It is then drawn off and placed in steel tanks before bottling. The bottles rest horizontally for a few months before being put on the market.
Brilliant deep ruby color with violet reflections. The nose ranges from wild rose to small berries, with hints of freshly cut hay. The sip is full, soft, harmonious, with a good persistence finish.
Tasty first courses, roast meats, medium-aged cheeses.
