Description

Montepulciano to the nth degree, with great depth; spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel while maturation continues in large oak barrels for at least 30 months. Not filtered or clarified.

Tasting

Dark ruby red, the nose expresses notes of red turnip, elderberry, cocoa and liquorice. An unmistakable olfactory profile that opens up to a rich and deep taste, balanced by a nice acidity.

Roasts, game and game. Perfect with lamb and kid. Mature cheeses.
