Solouva Open

Grapes harvested by hand at full phenolic ripeness, vinified in steel; tirage with the Only Grape method (using wine must instead of sugar); aging on yeasts for 20 months, no dosage at disgorgement.

Pale golden yellow colour; nose of strawberries and lemon, with spicy hints; dry and incisive sip, with balanced acidity, with returns of red fruits and black pepper.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, slightly mature cheeses.
