Manual harvest in October, from overripe grapes on the vine; spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins; maturation for 12 months on the fine lees in large 15hl oak barrels, followed by 42 months in oak barrels and 6 months in steel; bottle refinement for one year.

Ruby red color tending towards garnet; rich and complex nose, of plum and dried fig, cocoa and chocolate; enveloping and structured sip, supported by a beautiful acidity and dense, velvety tannins.
