Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; the harvested grapes are cooled to 0.5°C and then softly pressed to maximize the fruity aromas; the free-run must is sent to the secondary fermentation in an autoclave.
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, fine and velvety perlage; intense and aromatic nose, with immediate memories of orange and lemon; sweet, harmonious and persistent sip.
