													The grapes come from vines that are 20 to 50 years old and have their roots in mixed soil, lapillus, tuff and clay. With a spontaneous fermentation by Native yeasts, they macerate for several days on the skins in steel and then always placed in steel and bottle.
Hints of exotic fruit and white flowers, Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs, iodine returns on the nose. Fresh and light, savory and persistent on the palate.
Versatile wine, excellent match for the typical seafood cuisine of the area.
