Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; controlled temperature fermentation, maceration throughout the process, malolactic fermentation carried out. Maturation in steel for 4 months, refinement in bottle.
Light, drinkable, full and fruity with hints of violets and berries; aftertaste with light almond notes.
Medium-aged cured meats and cheeses, grilled and roasted red and white meats.
