Description

Manual harvest in boxes; after a short cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed; the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and the wine matures in the tank for approximately five months.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; delicate nose, clearly aromatic, with notes of exotic fruit, jasmine and freshly mown hay; fine and clean sip.
