Description

The name ‘Sterpi’ comes from the once uncultivated land where Walter Massa decided to plant this vineyard. Sterpi is the result of cold maceration for about 40 hours, followed by spontaneous fermentation and about 12 months in stainless steel tanks, with periodic ‘batonnage’ of the lees. After about 14 months from the harvest, it is bottled.

Tasting

Elegant and complex, with an intense yellow colour; aromas of fruit and white flowers; mineral and fresh taste, with an intense and long finish.
