Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; cryomaceration at 0°C for 10 days, direct pressing of the grapes, fermentation in barriques; the wine ages in steel for 5/6 months and refines in the bottle for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections; rich nose, of tropical fruit (pineapple, melon), with very fresh herbaceous hints; dry and savory sip, with good structure and freshness.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers, shellfish, cured meats and fresh cheeses.
