Description

Manual harvest in boxes in the first ten days of October; fermentation with 90 days of maceration on the skins, maturation partly in French oak tonneaux and partly in Clayver stoneware barrels; bottle refinement.

Tasting

Bright gold color; notes of acacia, candied citrus fruits, medicinal herbs; acid attack with a savory and citrusy sip of great freshness, with a persistent tannic vein.
