Syrah Toscana IGT 2013

Medium-textured soils, clay-limestone, very rich in skeleton, deep and fresh, at an altitude of 200m. Spontaneous fermentation in open barriques for 25 days, aging in French oak barriques.

Intense purple red, on the nose it gives the typical hints of the vine such as red berry fruit combined with tobacco and pepper. On the palate it is full and soft, the plum and blackberry return which, together with the balanced acidity, hints of tobacco and spices, accompany the entire tasting.

Marinated red meats, lamb, tasty cheeses.
