Vinification in steel, secondary fermentation in an autoclave and rest in the tank before bottling.

Wine with a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fragrant, fresh, with notes of green apple, grapefruit and white flowers. The sip is fresh and pleasant, the bubbles are fine and delicate, with excellent flavor and persistence.
