Grapes carefully selected and coming from the highest part of the winery vineyards. After the traditional red vinification with long maceration on its skins, the wine matures for 24/36 months in large oak barrels; It then refines in the bottle for at least a year before being put on the market.

Deep ruby ​​red color tending towards garnet; fine and intense nose with hints of berries, spices, cherries and plums; compelling and elegant sip, with a long persistence, with fragrances of plum and morello cherry, black pepper and liquorice. Long persistence. Great aging potential.
