Description

After harvesting at full phenolic ripeness, the grapes undergo careful selection before and after destemming, and then ferment for approximately 20 days at a temperature of 28/30° C. Aged in stainless steel barrels for 12 months and subsequently matured for 12 months in 15hl French oak barrels.

Tasting

Impressive nose of morello cherry and withered violets, with spicy and balsamic notes; full and majestic sip, with splendid acid balance, with velvety tannins and very long persistence.
