Description

Obtained from the must of the racemes before pressing, maceration of only 30 hours and spontaneous fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature with only native yeasts; natural malolactic, sulphitations only after malolactic is concluded and only reintegration of natural sulphites dispersed in vinification. Maturation of 6 months in steel, refinement of 3 months in bottle. No clarification, stabilization or filtration.

Tasting

Nose of red fruit, cherry and berries; fresh sip, with a pleasant green almond finish that immediately recalls the sip.

Appetizers, salads and fried foods, seafood, grilled fish or vegetables, cold cuts and cheeses.
