Teroldego Rotaliano rosato “Assolto” IGT 2022

From Teroldego grapes from vineyards in the original area only, trained using traditional Trentino double pergolas; Vineyards with an average age of 35 years, dolomitic-limestone, alluvial soil. The pressed grapes remain in contact with their must for only a few hours and are then “absolved” of their task, leaving only the lightest and most fragrant hints to the future wine. The vinification and the short stay until bottling are in steel.

Fresh and fragrant aromas especially reminiscent of small red fruits and rose petals. The sip is rich and enveloping, with a nice flavor.

Perfect in combination with very tasty fish dishes, but also as an aperitif with fresh cured meats and cheeses as well as with tasty traditional Italian first courses such as lasagne Bolognese or spaghetti carbonara.
