Albana vineyard planted in 1980 on sandy soils originating from sandstone rocks, at about 500 meters above sea level. Spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae, maturation for 6 months in the same amphorae in contact with the skins.

Bright amber yellow color, nose of aromatic herbs and wild flowers, fresh and mineral sip, of great persistence.
Smoked fish, fried seafood, cured meats, blue or mature cheeses.
