After soft pressing of the whole bunch, the must ferments in French oak barriques, 50% first passage and 50% 2nd and 3rd passage, where it carries out malolactic fermentation and remains on its fine lees for 12 months.
Savory and mineral wine, with a full and enveloping taste. On the nose, a bouquet of white flowers combined with balsamic notes that give complexity.
