Description

Manual harvest with careful selection in the vineyard; destemming, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-25°C, 15 days in contact with the skins, racking of only the free-run must without adding press wine. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out. Maturation in 30 hectoliter French oak barrels for 36 months.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour; broad and intense nose of small red fruits and flowers, with hints of tea leaves and balsamic notes; soft sip with well integrated tannins, persistent and harmonious.
