Vinification in steel at a controlled temperature, with a slight permanence on the noble lees once fermentation is complete; 10% of the mass matures in oak barrels.

Bright, strong straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose intense citrus notes and fresh fruit and flowers (green apple, elderberry); the fresh acidity emerges on the palate which then leaves room for the complexity and richness typical of this variety.

Aperitif, appetizers, baked fish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
