Timorasso “Pitasso” Colli Tortonesi DOC 2019

The vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or systemic products. From the harvest at the end of September the grapes undergo soft and slow pressing, with spontaneous thermo-controlled fermentation. The wine ages for one year on the noble lees in steel tanks with light batonnage and at least 12 months in the bottle.

Clear and intense golden yellow colour. Intense floral wine, with warm fruity and honey sensations. Pulpy and juicy, with a slightly spicy hint. Great aging potential.

Tasty cheeses, shellfish, white meats.
