Timorgasso Monferrato Bianco DOC 2020

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; 12-hour cryomaceration, pressing and destemming, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 9 months, and refines in the bottle for another 18 months.

Pale yellow colour; intense and complex nose, of great finesse, with fruity and citrus notes, and slightly smoky mineral hints; soft, fresh and savoury, long-lasting sip.

Seafood first courses, grilled fish, slightly mature cheeses.
