BottlesManual harvest in the first ten days of October; spontaneous fermentation with maceration in steel for about 25 days with only indigenous yeasts; the wine matures in steel barrels for 4 years and ages for a long time in the bottle.
Deep ruby red color; intense nose of black cherries in alcohol, undergrowth and spices; warm and enveloping sip, with hints of red fruits and liquorice; fresh finish with soft tannins and a touch of aromatic herbs.
Grilled red meats, lamb, mature hard cheeses.
