Description

After a traditional red fermentation, with maceration on the skins for 8/10 days, maturation follows in large oak and concrete barrels for 10 months; followed by a further 6 months of aging in the bottle.

Elegant wine with tannic softness. Fragrant and varietal. Fresh and soft on the palate. Floral and fruity scent of morello cherry and red fruit
