Greco
Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the beginning of October; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; maturation for a few months in steel, refinement in bottle from 6 to 24 months depending on the vintage.
Deep straw yellow colour; intense nose with citrus notes, especially grapefruit, which are integrated with aromas of pear and peach. A sip of power and structure but also balance and austerity, especially after a few years in the bottle.
Starters, shellfish and seafood, mushrooms, truffles, semi-mature cheeses.
