Description

Manual harvest, soft pressing, preventive static decantation of the musts, controlled temperature fermentation in steel; the wine matures in steel for 6 months in contact with the fine lees.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; intense nose of wild mint, sage, thyme and resins. Savory, complex and persistent sip.
