Grapes processed in the absence of oxygen, using a technique patented by the winery itself, in order to preserve all the varietal characteristics of the grapes as much as possible.
Yellow color with bright gold shades. Very aromatic and intense nose, floral with rose, fruity with apple, peach and apricot; accompanied by notes of cinnamon and cloves. The sip is full, unctuous, with a fragrance and flavor that balance it perfectly.
Excellent as an aperitif, or with sauced fish dishes, scampi, prawns, lobsters, lobsters.
