Negroamaro
Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard at the end of September. Fermentation with 10-day maceration at controlled temperature; maturation for 4 months in second passage barriques, refinement in bottle for 4 months.
Intense ruby red colour; nose of ripe red fruits with spicy notes of licorice and vanilla; harmonious and round sip, with good persistence.
Red meats, cured meats, mature cheeses.
