Description

Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. The wine matures in small oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, followed by a long period of bottle ageing.

Tasting

Dark garnet red colour. Fruity and spicy nose with hints of undergrowth and vanilla. Full, soft and harmonious, round and velvety on the palate.
