Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, between the end of September and mid-October. white vinification at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Second fermentation by slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12/14°C.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow colour, tending towards greenish; maximum clarity and minute and continuous perlage. Intense, fruity, persistent nose, reminiscent in particular of ripe golden apples and acacia flowers. Pleasantly slim and light on the palate, with great softness, good persistence and a fruity finish.
