Description

After the manual harvest at the beginning of October, the Trebbiano and Garganega grapes are pressed with the feet in a wooden vat, the must with the skins begins spontaneously fermentation without temperature controls, with daily punching down. After 7 days of maceration in contact with the skins, racking takes place and fermentation ends in steel tanks, where the wine matures for 24 months.

Tasting

Lively orange colour; intense nose of tea and herbal tea infusions, with notes of ginger and apricot; large and complex sip, with great personality, marked acidity and flavor, with a balanced tannic note.

Pairings

Pumpkin risotto, with saffron, Milanese style.
