Manual harvest in crates, destemming and soft pressing; the crushed grapes are transferred into terracotta amphorae for alcoholic fermentation started with a pied de cuve prepared previously and started with indigenous yeasts; maceration on the skins for about 24 hours, malolactic fermentation and maturation in amphorae for 12/18 months.
Straw yellow color, nose of white and yellow flowers, with notes of ripe and candied fruit, citrus and mineral hints; rich and soft sip, with beautiful freshness and persistence.
Fried seafood, fish-based second courses, shellfish.
