Description

Grapes harvested at the end of September, pressed and destemmed; spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel without maceration, malolactic fermentation carried out, bottled without filtration and aged in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, fruity and floral aroma, intense and persistent. Fresh, dry, velvety flavor with hints of pineapple and apple, soft and persistent.
