Description

Manual harvest between the end of August and the beginning of September; alcoholic fermentation without skins in large oak barrels, without filtration, with malolactic fermentation carried out. It matures in large barrels for 10 months and refines in the bottle until released.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; intense floral aroma, with notes of tropical fruits, chamomile and vanilla; with a good structure, it lends itself to ageing.

Second courses of fish, white meats, cheeses.
