Description

Manual harvest in small 20 kg boxes with selection in the vineyard; maceration on the skins for 48 hours at low temperatures of 8/10°C, extraction of the free-run must with soft pressing, inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation at a controlled temperature at 14/16°C. The grapes are vinified separately and the blending of the three wines is carried out in November. Complete maturation in steel for 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, nose of apple and wild flowers; fresh sip, good structure with a light acidic final note.
