Manual harvesting and selection of grapes; the pressed grapes undergo maceration with the skins for approximately 12 hours; fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of around 16°C. At the end of fermentation the wine is left on the yeasts for about 2 months and then bottled.
Deep straw yellow colour; fresh nose of white flowers and fruits; dry, savory sip, good body and long persistence.
Starters, vegetarian dishes, fish tartare, fresh cheeses.
