Description

The grapes are harvested separately and selected manually. Fermentation takes place without the addition of yeasts and lasts, depending on the vintage and including maceration, between 15 and 20 days. Steel matures for a few months.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; intense and persistent nose of red fruits and plum. Dry on the palate, warm but supported by a pleasant acidity, with soft and enveloping tannins.

Tuscan appetizers, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
