Manual harvest at the end of September, beginning of October; the fermentation is separate for each grape variety and takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts, in Slovenian oak barrels with maceration on the skins for approximately two weeks; after racking the wine matures for 12 months in wooden barrels; followed by 12 months of refinement in the bottle.

Ruby red color with garnet shades; elegant nose of spices, sour cherries and small black berries, with balsamic notes, vanilla and resinous hints of the Mediterranean pine forest; full and velvety sip, with dense and smooth tannins, and long persistence.

Stewed red meats, grilled meats, braised meats, game, mature cheeses.
