Valgella Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2018

100% Nebbiolo obtained from the small family vineyard in the Valgella sub-area. Manual harvest with careful sorting of the bunches; fermentation with Native yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out in oak vats, maceration on the skins for 30 days. The wine matures for 24 months in large local oak and chestnut barrels.

Transparent ruby ​​colour, aromas of red fruits and incense arrive on the nose, with a hint of vanilla and toasting. The liquorice returns to the mouth and continues into the soft and tannic finish. Beautiful structure, finesse and minerality.
