Description

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 7/8 days with movement of the mass. Aged for 9 months in 25 hl barrels and further aged in the bottle.

Tasting

Nose of ripe red fruit, cherry and black cherry, with menthol and spicy notes; sip that reconfirms the olfactory sensations while maintaining a beautiful freshness and flavor.
