The vineyards are located in a hilly position, at an altitude ranging from 150 to 300 meters above sea level, with East, South-East exposure; the soil is calcareous-silty, tufaceous, with a good presence of skeleton (stones, rocks). The harvest is carried out between the end of August and September. Vinification in steel at a controlled temperature of around 24°C with maceration for approximately 7 days, and refinement for 5 months.
It presents itself on the nose with hints of fresh fruit and floral notes of violet. Elegant, light, with extraordinary freshness and drinkability.
Rich platters of cured meats, savory vegetable pies, first courses of vegetables or meat.
