Valpolicella Classico Superiore “Egle” 2021

This wine is an authentic expression of the terroir of the high Marano hill in Valpolicella Classica where the volcanic soil and the cool climate with intense temperature variations are decisive natural factors in enhancing its elegant personality. The three classic varieties are grown using the Veronese pergola on terraces made with traditional dry stone walls, the “marogne”. The must ferments on the steel skins with frequent delestage. The wine matures in large wood.

Brilliant ruby ​​red colour. Great freshness on the nose, with fragrant notes of red fruit, plum and wild flowers, with a balsamic hint. Vibrant sip, with beautiful flavor and great persistence.
