Description

Harvested between late September and early October; spontaneous fermentation for 8/10 days, maturation for 12 months in 25 hl barrels followed by further refinement in the bottle for at least 36 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color, on the nose aromas of spices, balsamic and menthol notes; deep sip, of great elegance and finesse, dry, persistent and fresh in the finish.
