Description

Manual harvest in mid-October with selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. Destemming and soft pressing. Maceration for approximately 15 days and spontaneous fermentation. Maturation in large oak barrels for 3/4 years, refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Brilliant garnet red colour; nose of red fruits and wild flowers with notes of dried fruit; the sip is elegant and mineral, with beautiful acidity and smooth tannin, long persistence of finesse.

Red meats and mature cheeses.
